Only few ingredient to prepare the perfect Italian dish: spaghetti with tomato and mozzarella! Prepare it with @GZfoodqood INGREDIENTS ½ kg diced tomatoes 50ml tomato pulp 2 chopped shallots 3 heads of garlic 1 drizzle of extra virgin olive oil Basil to taste Salt and pepper 150g spaghetti 1 buffalo mozzarella Brown the garlic heads in oil, brown them and put them away, add the shallot, tomatoes, pulp, salt, pepper, basil and cook over low heat for about a quarter of an hour, cook the spaghetti in salted water for 5 min. Transferred to the sauce and stir in the oil until it is nice and creamy, then break it over the buffalo mozzarella.
