I never ever do anything nice for myself. The only thing I do is buy grass fed meat when I can and I consider that treating myself lol... but I finally decided to really treat myself and I went to my first spa ever! I had an amaaazing time!! I filmed this once I got home and my blood sugar was SO LOW, so I was a bit all over the place because I needed nutrients pronto lol. But I wanted to share my experience with you, so I figured storytime in the shower?!
