Marshmallows were bought at Costco. Actually, it's awkward because I overcooked it once and the marshmallows burned and I removed that part and re-baked it 💦 It means that you failed. But the taste was great ✨ It is rich and feels sticky to the throat when swallowed. I hope it will be baked cleanly next time. Both types of cookies have the scent of ginger!
